Whether you just graduated from collegiate running and are wondering “what now?”, you’re a long-time veteran or a newbie runner looking to get more into distance running, this retreat is for you.
We’ll talk all-things female running — body image, nutrition and eating disorders, strength training for runners, staying mentally tough, self-care, overcoming/preventing injury and life beyond running to become the strongest, happiest, healthiest version of YOU possible!
You’ll leave with a sense of rejuvenation, connection, laughter and a renewed sense of strength!
